USA ORDERS: For US orders, we accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express and Discover Card payments through our Paypal shopping cart. You do not have to have a PayPal account, although if you do you can pay that way also. Personal check or money order is also acceptable. Email your order to us at brabarella@gmail.com, and we will hold your item for 10 days until payment is received. If paying by personal check, shipping may be delayed until check clears.
If you prefer to call your order in, we can take your order over the phone. Just call 508-775-2226. For telephone orders we accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We can only accept credit card or PayPal for international orders due to the high cost of cashing foreign checks. We also request your confirmed PayPal address.

For domestic shipping, we use either USPS First Class or Priority. We may use UPS for large orders. We usually ship within 24 hours of payment for in stock items. However, if you need something in a hurry, please check with us prior to ordering to ensure that we have it in stock.

For international orders, email us and we will give you a shipping quote. You can also just go ahead and order and we will send you an invoice for the extra shipping amount. In estimating shipping costs, we do not add packaging or handling fees. However, it IS an estimate, so sometimes it works out slightly to our benefit, other times to yours!

All packages arrive under the "BB" label. So if you're a guy ordering for your significant other (or yourself), the packaging is discreet.

RETURNS:

For non-vintage lingerie, we have a 20 day money back guarantee (from the time of receipt). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, call or email us to say that you're sending it back. Do not return without first contacting us. Returned orders totaling $80.00 or more may be subject to a 20% restocking fee (may be waived for returning customers). All items must have original tags still attached along with the box they came in (if they had a box). In other words, don't take the tags off until you're sure you're keeping it. Bottoms should be tried on over briefs or pantyhose. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not returned in it's original condition. Shipping/handling charges are not refundable.

Hosiery, vintage and one-of-a-kind items are not returnable.
